After 16 years of working in the reinforcing industry, Antoinette Greenlee decided to start an independent company in New Mexico and surrounding states. A&J Steel Reinforcing Services Inc. continues to be a family-owned and operated business located in Caddo Mills, TX. Our company takes on projects across the country, from Texas to North Carolina, and constantly strives for excellent service at a competitive price for our customers.
Antoinette Greenlee started her career operation in a small Reinforcing Steel company in 1995. She focused on growing and expanding the company to a multi-state corporation in her 16 years of management. Antoinette’s vast knowledge of the construction industry is what catapulted A&J Steel into where it stands today. As the owner of A&J Steel, Antoinette has a very strong work ethic and she is involved in all aspects of her organization including bidding process, all accounting, and field management.
James R. Greenlee of A&J Steel started his career in 1986 as an Ironworker in the industry. He is backed by strong credentials and specializes in construction management. James has managed projects in both structural and reinforcing steel that include Substations, HWY/Bridge Improvements, WWTP, Parking Garages, Casinos, Wind Farms, Transmission Lines, and Cell Phone Towers. At A&J Steel, James oversees all phases of the multimillion-dollar Construction, Infrastructure, Super Funds, and Environmental Projects. He is also actively involved with our suppliers to organize projects efficiently for our customers.
Enrique has multiple backgrounds in all management field. He has managed all Civil Construction Projects, coordinates with new vendors, and requests quotes. Enrique also attends and plans pre-bids and preconstruction meetings. With Enrique’s reviewing on bid drawings/specs, he assists our team with vetting bids, project budgets, and create billing worksheets.
Leonard brings a wide span of knowledge and experience with his 10+ years of experience in the construction industry. He adapts to context and constraints of each project. His background includes problem solving and communication. Leonard is a certified CSHO, First Aid, Forklift, Powersafe, TWIC, and has his 24-hour tower rescue.
Robert Moss graduated cum laude in University Honors from the University of New Mexico in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, while minoring in Economics. He then followed his wife to Arizona where she studied dentistry, and he studied law. During his legal studies, Robert became a law review Managing Editor and ranked among the top of his class at graduation. After graduating from law school in 2014, Robert matriculated into Boston University where he completed a. LL.M. in Taxation. Upon completion of his LL.M., he joined EY as a tax associate; working out of both the Boston and Detroit offices. Robert is currently a Director on the New Mexico State Bar Taxation Section Board. Robert joined A&J Steel as the Chief Legal Officer in the summer of 2018, where he participates in many facets of the company including but not limited to accounting, legal, and finance.
Darryl has extensive hands on experience as Superintendent of Installation of rebar, wire mesh, PT, and Structural Steel. He has been employed in leadership and management positions throughout his career. Darryl utilizes his skills to manage a vast number of our projects, making sure they are on time and under budget. He is certified in rigging, forklift, OSHA 30,PT, Powersafe, TWIC, and holds a welding certificate.
Dylan is in charge of Risk Management and works together with Michael Witson, Director of Risk Management of Insurica. He makes sure safety plans are in order when it’s needed. Dylan’s background consists of Safety Quality Control and Risk Management, Certified on OSHA 30, Power Safe, and TWIC.
